Why does everyone blog?

Its been a few years since blogging has become bread and butter. Why do people blog? I understand blogging to be a communication medium where what you write is unheard, or you dont care if it is. I realize how helpful it would be to those who have few channels for expression. Fortunately I have been lucky enough to have people around me to listen to my rhetorics, however they might be. Maybe I should rant less, write more. And there you go.

I get to everything late, and in most cases, forcibly. I start this blog not with a perpetual desire, but with a state or feeling of weariness, diminished energy, or listlessness..
